Hi, I’m Clare — a specialist maternity photographer based in Kippax with a light, airy studio in Garforth, Leeds. I fell in love with photography after the arrival of my daughter in 2015, and maternity photography quickly became a true passion. I focus on creating timeless, natural images that celebrate pregnancy — the quiet moments, the connection, and the beautiful curve of your bump. My approach is relaxed and personal. I limit the number of shoots I do so every expectant mum receives my full attention and we can work at a pace that feels right. The studio is a calm, private space where you can put your feet up, sip fresh coffee and relax — there’s no rushing. I’m happy to communicate by call, text or email to make enquiring and booking as easy as possible. Stylistically I favour soft, natural poses and gentle light that flatter the shape of pregnancy while keeping the focus on emotion and authenticity. I’m also a dab hand at retouching in Photoshop, so small concerns like swollen ankles are easily addressed during editing — you can trust me to make you feel and look your best while keeping images true and timeless. From first contact to the final ordering appointment, I guide you through each step. After your session I carefully edit your images and invite you back to the studio to view proofs and choose the photos you love. I’ll be on hand to offer friendly guidance at your ordering appointment so you leave with prints or products that suit your home and your story. While my primary focus is maternity photography, I also photograph families and love capturing those next-chapter moments once baby arrives.
