I’m Louie — a specialist in maternity photography based in Ruislip Manor, South Ruislip. Maternity work is one of my great passions and I focus on creating warm, honest images that celebrate the strength, beauty and anticipation of pregnancy. My approach is calm and conversational: I guide you with gentle posing, offer styling support and aim to capture the real connection between you, your bump and your family. Sessions take place in my cosy purpose-built studio (Studio 88) where I’ve carefully created an atmosphere that feels comfortable and creative. I’ve invested in a selection of beautiful maternity outfits you’re welcome to wear, and I’m happy for partners and children to join the session so we can create family portraits as well as intimate maternity portraits. Whether you want soft, natural light imagery or a fine-art feel, I tailor each shoot to your vision and mood. Before the shoot we’ll have a relaxed chat so I can understand what you’d like — from colours and wardrobe to whether you prefer stylised or natural images. I often work with a Pinterest mood board during planning, and I’ll help with simple styling so you feel confident and looked after on the day. My background in fine art and many years of experience inform the way I compose and edit images: each photograph is treated with care to become something you’ll be proud to display. After the session you’ll be invited back to the studio for a viewing where we choose the images together and talk about print and wall art options if you wish. I care deeply about making your maternity photoshoot a joyful, unrushed experience — one that feels like a celebration of this fleeting, special time.
