I specialise in maternity photography from my base in Wealdstone, bringing a calm, confident approach to pregnancy photoshoots. Since launching Photography by Kavi in 2018 I’ve developed a patient, personable style that puts expecting mums at ease — whether you prefer soft, posed portraits or candid, emotive images that capture the quiet joy of pregnancy. I’ve trained at the London School of Photography and under Ana Brandt, and I know how to combine flattering light, simple styling and relaxed direction to make you feel beautiful in front of the camera. My sessions are designed to produce wall-worthy maternity photos you’ll want to display at home and share with loved ones. My approach centres on you. Before your shoot we’ll have a pre-session consultation where we chat about styling, outfits and the look you want — I can send a guide on what to wear and how to layer for flattering, timeless images. We can shoot at my nearby studio (Harrow/Stanmore area) or choose a scenic outdoor location close to Wealdstone. During the session I’ll direct gently, encouraging natural movement and quiet moments between you and your bump. If you prefer, we’ll also do a few posed portraits for a classic, editorial feel. After the shoot I’ll share a curated selection of lightly edited images so you can choose your favourites. Every final image is hand-edited with care and delivered ready for print. I also offer guidance on wall art — from single framed portraits to cohesive gallery arrangements — to make sure your images look beautiful on your walls, not stuck on a hard drive.
